Enikő Kónya

Enikő Kónya is a painter based in Szentendre. She holds a professional qualification as an engineer-lawyer. She began her artistic studies at a painting school in Zugló under the guidance of painter Zsófia Varga, and subsequently completed the painting program at the Számalk-Szalézi Secondary School of Fine and Applied Arts, where she studied under painters Andrea Cecilia Szabó, Nikoletta Kováts, and János Zoltán Kovács. She paints in a geometric, constructivist style. Her work is characterized by a bold use of color and the abstraction of forms. In her paintings, elements of reality—such as buildings, landscapes, and human relationships—are transformed into geometric structures.
