Description:
In Saine's works, the various figures are only the results of the so-called pareidolia: the viewer's mind completes the incomplete structures with familiar shapes. His compositions combine abstraction with expression, forcing the viewer to have a powerful emotional dialogue with himself. In his creations, different layers of materials overwrite each other to form numerous unplanned textures, which can finally achieve the desired balance through the use of visual logic and personal language. These works balance on the borders of painting, graffiti and computer art to create a unique visual experience. Masses, contrasts, and gestures form the basic structure of the artist's creative practice.
I regard my figurative works as experimental pieces. They allow me to explore visual effects that would be less perceptible in an abstract composition — such as depth of field (DOF) or the use of motion blur. I see the fusion of figurative and abstract elements as a new challenge, one that helps me step beyond the limitations imposed by graffiti, which often shapes my creative process through routine.
