Maze continues the core philosophy of my 2023 work 'Standing on Crossroads,' developed here on a larger canvas.
The composition shares the same dramatic red and black palette, and we face a central, vertical corner just like in the previous piece, but the arrangement of the pathways has been changed. This time, we do not stand at an internal crossroads inside the corridors; instead, we find ourselves at an outer section of this massive system. The monumental structure stretches all the way to the horizon, where it gently blends into the deepening dark background above. Although the entrance is not visible from this angle, Maze focuses on the ongoing process of searching for a direction—the inner drive to explore the unknown paths that lie ahead.
